This was a very tricky cake to make.... Mainly to get that dark green the original hat has... I re-made the icing 3 times. It got either too dark or too light. And neether looked good so I decided to make it more forest green. Still not as dark as I wanted it to be. But I am pleased with the result.

Completely forgot to take photos of these lovely vanilla cupcakes before I put them in the box.
Very simple but elegant. The roses are dark violet, absolutely stunning with the velvet feeling on the colour.

The third cake I've made -2008- This one Is made of Sugarpaste, Modelingpaste, Flowerpaste. Sebastian is the only non-eatable thing on thecake. I made him out of Pape-mache. Filling in this one was Strawberry mousse and White chocolate mousse.
