Mad hatters hat
This was a very tricky cake to make.... Mainly to get that dark green the original hat has... I re-made the icing 3 times. It got either too dark or too light. And neether looked good so I decided to make it more forest green. Still not as dark as I wanted it to be. But I am pleased with the result.
